How we guide you

ProceSs
Our approach is simple: loving, clear, and without pretention. You are welcome with everything that is present. Curiosity, confusion, pain, hope – all of it is allowed. We love working with people who want to grow, heal, and connect. With those who feel the call to reconnect with who they truly are.
ProcesS

The process in five phases

1. Feeling the call – The first contact
Every journey begins with an inner impulse: a longing for change, insight, healing, or deepening. Perhaps there’s a recurring question, a blockage you experience, or simply curiosity about who you truly are. In this first contact – often via email or phone – we listen to your story and together sense whether our way of working feels right for you.
2. Alignment & preparation – Intention, safety and clarity
If you decide to begin a process or ceremony, we schedule an intake or introductory conversation. In this meeting, we explore your background in more depth, including any medical or psychological considerations, and above all: your intention. What brings you here? What wants to be seen or released? We explain what you can expect and how you can prepare – physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is also the time to ask questions and build trust.
3. The experience itself – Ceremony, session, or ritual
Whether it’s a Sacred Plant Ceremony, a breathwork session, or a creative session – your process is at the center. We provide a safe space, attuned guidance, and loving presence. Sometimes the experience is gentle and insightful, sometimes intense and confronting. Everything is welcome. You don’t need to do anything “right” – only be with what arises.
4. Integration – Grounding your experience
After a deep experience, the real work often begins: processing, understanding, and integrating it into your daily life. That’s why we always pay attention to integration – through follow-up conversations, creative expression, or bodywork. Together, we explore how you can anchor the insights and transformations in a lasting way, so that it doesn’t remain a single experience, but becomes something that truly continues to live within you and shape how you move through life.
5. Follow-up or conclusion – What now?
Sometimes one experience is exactly what you needed. Sometimes it calls for more. In this phase, we look together at what your process now requires: rest, repetition, deepening, or closure. We are open to follow-up journeys – but just as much to completion – always attuned to you
FAQ

Your questions,
our answers

Do I need experience with ceremonies or sessions to participate?

No, experience is not required. We often guide people who are walking this path for the first time. What matters most is that you come with an open mind and a willingness to look within yourself.

How do I know if this is right for me?

During the first contact and intake, we take time to attune together. We listen to your background, intentions, and wishes, and together we feel whether this is the right moment and the right form for you. We also explore which part of our offerings — a ceremony, breathwork, creative session, or a custom-made path — best supports your process. It’s always a mutual choice, guided by your intuition and our experience.

What if I have medical or psychological conditions?

Your safety is very important to us. That’s why we always ask about your health, medication, and any psychological conditions during the intake. For some of our work, such as Ayahuasca or Kambo, stricter conditions apply and there are situations in which participation may not be suitable or safe. For breathwork or creative sessions, these requirements are lighter, but we still take care to determine what feels right for you. We always discuss this openly and calmly beforehand, so you know exactly where you stand and we can make the best decision together.

What if I find it difficult or scary to talk about my feelings — can I still participate?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be an experienced speaker or an “open book” to be welcome with us. For many people, sharing their inner world feels vulnerable at first. We create a safe and loving space where nothing needs to be forced. Everything unfolds at your pace — sometimes through words, but just as often through breath, silence, music, movement, or creative expression. Trust grows naturally, and you can always decide what feels comfortable to share.

What happens after the ceremony or session?

The process doesn’t end after the experience — often, that’s when it truly begins. That’s why we always pay attention to integration. This can happen immediately afterward in a sharing or reflection moment, or later through creative expression, bodywork, or a follow-up session. Together, we explore how the insights and emotions that have been touched can find a place in your daily life. This way, it doesn’t remain just a single experience, but something that continues to grow within you. You’re always welcome to reach out later if questions arise or if you feel something shifting. Some people choose to take a next step, while for others, closure feels complete — both are perfectly right.
