Your custom path

Your custom path

Sometimes a process asks for personal attention. You may feel that stepping directly into a group isn’t right for you, or perhaps you want to take more time to explore certain themes in peace and depth. At So Alegria, we offer guidance that is fully attuned to you — through 1-on-1 sessions, small groups, or a completely custom-made program.

1-on-1 sessions

In a 1-on-1 session, we align fully with your background, your rhythm, and your needs. You’re given the space to simply be as you are —without distraction or outside pressure. A session can take many forms: a deep conversation, breathwork, a creative session, or work with Sacred Plants. Whatever you choose, it is always tailored to you and held with full presence.

Small (selected) groups

We also work with small groups, where connection and intimacy naturally come together. This might be a ceremony with two or three people, or a circle with a few like-minded souls. In such a setting, an atmosphere of recognition, gentleness, and mutual support often arises. It can also be a group you form yourself — with your partner, friends, or colleagues. In that shared space, everyone can move through their own process while feeling held and supported.

Longer journeys (trajectory)

Sometimes one session or ceremony isn’t enough — you may feel called towalk a longer path. In that case, we offer custom trajectories. Together we explore what you need: perhaps a combination of Sacred Plant ceremonies, breathwork, creative expression, Kambo, integration sessions, or body-oriented work. It can be a short process, or a longer journey that supports you step bystep in your unfolding.

For us, personal guidance means listening, attuning, and accompanying —without hurry and without fixed protocols. Each path is unique, and you are at the center of it.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to explore what fits you best. We’re happy to look together at which form or trajectory can best support your process.

FAQ

Your questions,
our answers

How do I know whether a 1-on-1 session or a group suits me better?

That depends on what you need. Some people feel safer and freer in a personal setting, while others find strength and connection in sharing within a small group. We’re happy to explore this with you and decide together what serves you best.

Can I choose the form a session takes?

Yes. We’ll discuss your wishes and what is alive for you at this moment. Sometimes you may consciously choose a specific form, such as breathwork or a creative session. Other times, it becomes clear during our conversation that another approach might suit you better. There is always room to feel into this and adjust as needed.

Can I form a small group with my partner, friends or colleagues?

Absolutely. Walking this path together with people close to you can be very meaningful. Together you create a shared field — a safe and supportive space in which everyone’s process can unfold naturally.

What does a personal trajectory include?

A trajectory is always tailor-made. Together we explore your intention and needs, and from there we create a combination of sessions and modalities. This may range from a few weeks to a longer journey in which you are guided step by step.

How does the registration process work?

You can express your interest through our booking form or by email. We’ll then schedule an introductory call to feel into what fits you best, after which we’ll create a personalized proposal together.

Do I need any previous experience to start?

Not at all. Whether this is your first step into personal or creative exploration, or you’ve been walking this path for years, we always adjust to your pace and experience.

Can a session take place at my home or a personal location?

In some cases, yes. It’s important that the space feels calm and safe, so the creative process can unfold freely. Depending on the type of session, we’ll look together at whether your location is suitable — considering elements like silence, privacy, and available materials. When these are in place, your own environment can be a beautiful and nurturing space for this work.
