After that, you’ll receive an intake form. If everything is medically and practically in order (we always look carefully at possible contraindications) — and it feels right for both of us — we’ll confirm the booking together. We only send an invoice or payment request after we’ve felt together that participation is right and safe for you. We do this through the intake and a short conversation, where we look at health, possible contraindications, and whether it feels aligned for both sides. Only then do we send the invoice. Once payment is completed, your spot is officially reserved and you are warmly welcome.
