DESCRIPTION

In a beautiful location surrounded by nature, about half an hour from Den Bosch, we open the space together for a special three-day ceremonial weekend. This time in collaboration with Chakana Center, a place where we have felt at home for quite some time and where we now join forces to facilitate a deep and supported journey.

Over the course of these three days we create a safe and loving space where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and fully land within yourself, in nature, and within the group.

The weekend is held by two sacred mother plant ceremonies in the tradition of Amazonian plant medicine. This ancient medicine invites you to turn inward, listen to what wishes to be seen, and reconnect with your heart and inner wisdom. Each ceremony takes place in a carefully prepared ceremonial space where safety, calmness and respect are at the center.

Between the ceremonies there is space to reconnect with the body and to integrate whatever arises. On Saturday morning we begin with a gentle yoga session, followed by a sharing circle where experiences and insights can be shared.

On Sunday we close the weekend in a special way with a sweat lodge ceremony. In this ancient tradition we gather around the elements to cleanse, release, and ceremonially complete the weekend. Afterwards we share a closing meal together before everyone continues their own path home.

Because the program during the weekend itself is slightly more compact, we also organize an online integration and sharing circle afterwards, creating additional space to share experiences and allow the insights from the weekend to settle more deeply.

Throughout the weekend you will be provided with nourishing meals, drinks, and a comfortable place to sleep. You will stay in one of the cozy shared sleeping spaces with comfortable beds.

The location itself contributes greatly to the experience. Surrounded by forest and nature, with a swimming pond and quiet places to retreat, this setting offers a peaceful and supportive environment where you can slow down and reconnect. With yourself and with others.

Before the retreat we take the time for a personal intake, allowing us to carefully align with your situation and intention. After the weekend we remain available for guidance and integration, so the insights you receive can truly find their place in your daily life.

Throughout the entire weekend you are held by experienced and caring facilitators and a small group of fellow participants. This creates a warm and safe atmosphere where there is space for personal attention, depth, and genuine connection.

FAQ

Your questions,
our answers

What does the program roughly look like?

The weekend begins on Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday afternoon. We work with two plant ceremonies, sharing circles, a gentle yoga session, and close the weekend with a sweat lodge ceremony. In between there is space for rest, integration, nourishing meals, and time in nature.

Do I need experience with plant ceremonies to participate?

No, previous experience is not required. We welcome both people who are joining for the first time and those who have worked with these plants before. Everyone is carefully prepared and guided throughout the process.

How can I best prepare myself?

After your registration we will personally get in touch with you. You will receive a detailed preparation guide with recommendations regarding diet, lifestyle, and intention, so you can enter the retreat feeling clear and well prepared. During this contact there is also space for any questions you may have, so you can approach the weekend with confidence and peace of mind.

What if I feel nervous or don’t know what to expect?

That is completely normal. Many participants feel some nervousness beforehand. During the retreat we take time to get to know each other, and you can always share what you need. Everything is welcome. We are there for you and the group throughout the entire process and are happy to support where needed — whether through practical guidance or simply by being present.

What is included in the price?

All ceremonies, guidance, accommodation, breakfast, nourishing lunches and snacks, and a hearty meal after the ceremonies are included. There are two shared sleeping rooms with six beds each, where you can choose your spot. It is also possible to sleep in the ceremony space if that feels more comfortable for you.

Are there any requirements to participate?

Yes. Participation is only possible if it fits your health and personal situation. We have a minimum age of 18, and during the intake we carefully discuss your health, medication use, and possible contraindications. This helps ensure a safe and appropriate experience for everyone.

How many people will participate?

We work with a small group of maximum 12 participants, allowing enough personal attention for everyone.

Where does the retreat take place?

The retreat takes place in a beautiful forested area about 30 minutes from Den Bosch. The exact location will be shared with you after registration.

Can I join if I come alone?

Yes, absolutely. Many participants come on their own. You will become part of a warm and supportive group.

What happens after the retreat?

After the retreat there is space for integration, and you will receive guidance on how to bring your experience into daily life. If desired, we can also schedule a personal follow-up conversation.
