Sacred Mother Plant ceremony

Welcome,

Sometimes life asks us to step out of the rhythm of everyday life for a moment.
To slow down, become still, and listen again to what is alive within.

During this three-day ceremonial weekend we create a safe and loving space where you are invited to turn inward. A place where the busyness of daily life can gently fall away, making room to feel, to explore, and to reconnect.

Held by the wisdom of sacred plants, the quiet of nature, and the strength of the group, we travel inward together.

With love,
Isabel, Chrystian & Christian

A place to land

In a quiet place surrounded by nature, we open a small circle of people who feel the call to turn inward.

For three days we step out of the rhythm of everyday life. We slow down, let go of the usual pressures, and create space for whatever wants to reveal itself within.

The surrounding nature, the ceremonial space, and the strength of the group together form a safe container in which you are not traveling alone, but are gently held.

From there, the weekend unfolds step by step.

The weekend

During this weekend we take three days to slow down and turn inward. The heart of the weekend consists of two ceremonies with the Sacred Mother Plant, interwoven with moments of rest, sharing and integration.

In between the ceremonies there is space to land in the body, spend time in nature and allow the experiences to gently settle. We work with a small group so there is room for personal attention and a safe, supportive atmosphere can naturally arise.

Friday

On Friday afternoon we take time to arrive slowly.
To leave the week behind and gently settle into the rhythm of the weekend.

We meet each other, share intentions and open the space together.

That evening we begin our first ceremony with the Sacred Mother Plant.

Saturday

On Saturday morning we start gently with a soft yoga session to reconnect with the body.

In the sharing circle that follows, experiences are given words and what was touched during the ceremony can further integrate.

The rest of the day offers space for rest, a walk in the forest or simply being.

In the evening we open the second ceremony with the Sacred Mother Plant.

Sunday

On Sunday morning we begin the day quietly with a shared breakfast.

Afterwards we gather once more in the circle for a sharing moment. Here there is space to reflect on what the weekend has set in motion and to give words to the experiences of the ceremonies.

From that place of completion we say our goodbyes and everyone returns to their own path. Hopefully carrying new insights, an open heart and a sense of the calm of the weekend with them.

Sacred Mother Plant

During this weekend we work with a plant medicine that has been used for centuries in the traditions of the Amazon. In many cultures she is lovingly referred to as the Sacred Mother Plant.

These sacred plants are known for their ability to bring to the surface layers that often remain hidden in everyday life. She invites you to turn inward, to listen to what wishes to be seen, and to reconnect with your heart and inner wisdom.

Sometimes she brings clear insights. Sometimes she reveals old patterns that are ready to be released. And sometimes it is simply an encounter with yourself. Exactly as you are in that moment.

We do not see the medicine as something that does the work for you, but as a guide that opens a door. You remain the one who walks the path.

The spaceholders

During this weekend you are held by a small team of three guides, each bringing their own qualities, experience and way of being present.

Together we create a safe and supportive space where you can follow your own process, while someone is always there to hold the space, listen, or offer support when needed.

Isabel

Isabel moves through the space with a gentle and intuitive presence. She often senses what someone needs in a particular moment. Sometimes a listening ear, sometimes a soft touch, and sometimes simply a quiet presence.

With her open heart and deep trust in the process, she helps people settle back from the mind into the body and the heart. Isabel creates an atmosphere where it feels safe to soften, to feel, and to follow your own inner process.

Christian

Christian brings a sense of calm, clarity, and grounded presence into the space.
While ceremonies can sometimes be deep and intense, he gently supports people in landing their experiences back into the here and now.

With his warm and down-to-earth way of guiding, he reminds you that the most meaningful insights are often found in simplicity.
Sometimes through quiet presence, sometimes with a well-timed touch of humor.

For Christian, ceremonial work is not about grand spiritual ideas, but about creating a space where people feel safe to truly meet themselves.

Chrystian

Chrystian brings a gentle strength into the space.
With his open presence, warm energy, and natural way of being, he quickly creates a sense of safety and trust.

He has a strong intuitive sense of what is needed, moving effortlessly between stillness and lightness — sometimes through quiet presence, sometimes with a perfectly timed touch of humor.

For Chrystian, this work is not about big words or concepts, but about truly being present.
About creating a space where you can land, feel, and meet yourself exactly as you are.

Integration

What is touched during a ceremony often continues to unfold long afterwards.

During the weekend we therefore consciously create space for integration. In sharing circles, moments of silence, and time in nature, what arises can slowly settle.

The journey does not end when the ceremony is over. For many people, the real work begins afterwards — when insights start to find their place in everyday life.

That is why we remain available after the weekend for questions, a conversation, or support whenever needed.
You do not have to walk this path alone.

This weekend may be for you if…

This weekend may resonate with you if you feel it is time to pause for a moment.

Perhaps you recognize the longing to:

• step out of the rhythm of daily life
• feel a deeper connection with yourself and your body
• explore old patterns or emotions
• gain clarity about what is truly alive within you
• be held by a small group in a safe and supportive setting

You do not need any previous experience with ceremonial work. The only thing we ask is an open attitude and a willingness to look honestly within yourself.
